Frank L. Fenton |

He began his career as a decorator with the Jefferson Glass Company in 1897, and in 1905 he and his brother started their own business, decorating bought blanks. Two years later they moved to Williamstown, W Va., and started the manufacturing of distinctive glass which has been carried on in the same locality ever since. |
