Something New
Kelly & Reasner are offering relish dishes which leave no doubt as to just what each of the four sections should be used for-because in the bottom of one section is shown a branch of olives, in another a bunch of celery, the third shows a cucumber growing on a vine and the other a small fish. This is a product of the Indiana Glass Co.

Indiana Announces Purchase Of Sneath Glass Company
Controlling interest in the Sneath Glass Company of Hartford City, Ind., has been purchased by the Indiana Glass Company, Dunkirk, Ind., according to an announcement by Indiana president Charles L. Gaunt.

The Sneath company had been successfully operated since 1890 under the direction of the Crimmel family. It was shut down by a strike last September, however, and this prompted the stockholders to dispose of the plant. The Sneath line includes heat-resistant ware, novelties and specialties, illuminating ware, and private mould work.

Mr. Gaunt states that operations will be resumed at Hartford City just as soon as possible. H. H. Crimmel and J. R. Crimmel, former Sneath executives, have agreed to continue with the firm in a sales and advisory capacity.

Indiana Glass Gift-Boxed
An extensive packaging program has been undertaken by the Indiana Glass Company, Dunkirk, Ind., with the result that many items in the company's regular and Norse lines are now offered in attractive yellow and silver boxes.

The novel packaging, aimed at increased customer appeal, lends itself to greater display possibilities for the retailer. All boxes bear a "family" resemblance, too, for easy indentification. Die-cut receptacles in the boxes offer safe nesting for the ware and protect it against chipping and breakage. Among items already available in the new package are sauce dishes, candlestick sets, compotes, sugars and creamers, cake and snack platters, and mayonnaise and sauce dishes with ladles. The complete line is available through better jobbers and distributors throughout the country or direct from Indiana.
