The Ideal Cut Glass Company of Canastota, New York, which has not been operating for some time, has filed a petition in bankruptcy. Their assets are $7791 and their liabilities are $39,497. The business was established more than 25 years ago and was first operated at Corning , N. Y. They were one of the few firms who formerly made cut glass, continuing in business after the vogue for that ware died. Bad business conditions at the present time are responsible for the bankruptcy. F. L. Morecraft is head of the firm. {1007}
