A new decorative scheme described as a "streamlining effect," has been introduced at the Anchor Hocking Glass Corporation showrooms, 40 West 40th Street. An attempt has been made to integrate the fixtures and furnishings with the wares on display so as to highlight the quality of the merchandise. To accomplish this, indirect fluorescent lighting has been installed as well as air-conditioning units. Walls and carpeting have been matched in gray. Display tables and fixtures have been rearranged in an attempt to create an impression of roominess.
